Windermere Cruise suggestion 1
Why not take a leisurely cruise from Bowness, marvel at the roaming hillsides without working up a sweat. Hop off at Lakeside, south end of Windermere, for a trip around the Aquarium of the Lakes before returning to Bowness on the next cruiser.

Start the day off with option one, but instead of returning to Bowness straightaway continue to Ambleside for a bit of sightseeing, shopping or relaxation.
